We can get your project started right away! Having your home’s site survey ready is a big help—it allows us to accurately map out your property and ensure every detail is correct from the start. If you’re working with a tight deadline, we’re happy to collaborate with you to achieve a fast and efficient turnaround without sacrificing quality.

Most designs are typically completed within 7 days. If you need your project sooner, we’d be happy to discuss expedited turnaround options to meet your timeline.

While each design package varies, you will receive a minimum of 7 renderings upon completion. Please review the package description carefully before making your purchase.

You also have the option to add a flyover video and/or a dimensional drawing to your design. Please note that dimensional drawings require an accurate site survey. Aqua4 is not responsible for any errors resulting from inaccurate or illegible surveys.

We’re confident we can bring your vision to life to your complete satisfaction. If you’d like to make changes after delivery, we include one complimentary revision within 5 days of receiving your design.

Need more revisions? Check out our Gold and Platinum design packages 

To request a revision, simply reply to your designer’s email with the modifications you’d like. For clarity, we recommend using a succinct, descriptive, numbered list to outline your changes.

It can also be helpful to print out your design and mark your requested revisions directly on it—this gives our team a clearer visual reference for exactly what you have in mind.

To ensure we have the correct dimensions of your home and yard, we strongly recommend providing a certified, accurate copy of your site survey before beginning your design. This document allows us to create a layout that is both precise and functional, capturing every detail of your property accurately.

We can proceed without a site survey if necessary; however, please understand that measurements may not be fully accurate without it, and this could affect the final design.

Additionally, Aqua4 cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from inaccurate, outdated, or illegible site surveys. Supplying a clear and up-to-date survey helps us deliver the highest-quality results for your project.

If you’re unable to locate a copy of your survey, we recommend contacting the title company that handled your closing or ordering a new survey to ensure accuracy.

On a case-by-case basis, we’re happy to review your build plans to determine whether they provide the necessary information to design your backyard oasis. If they meet our requirements, we can move forward with confidence knowing we have the details needed for an accurate design.

Because site conditions and local regulations can vary, we cannot guarantee that the design you choose will be fully compatible with your terrain or municipality requirements. To help ensure a smooth process, we recommend reviewing any local building codes and HOA guidelines before submitting your design request. This will give you confidence that your project aligns with all necessary requirements from the start.
